You Are Not Alone
Every IVF journey looks different. You might be at the very beginning, somewhere in the middle, or navigating the unexpected. Wherever you are, your feelings are valid and you don't have to make sense of it all at once.
Emotional Support
A calm, compassionate space through my writing on Substack — gentle reflections and lived experience to help you feel understood and less alone in the emotional weight of IVF.
Practical Resources
When you’re looking for something more concrete, you’ll find trusted tools, guides, and signposts on the Resources page to support you with clarity and steady guidance.
You don’t have to navigate this on your own. Through my writing and optional weekly check‑ins, you have a gentle companion walking alongside you at your own pace.
A steady Presence
Understanding Your Journey?
Everyone's path is different. Find support tailored to where you are at right now.
Considering IVF
You might be just beginning to explore what this path could look like. It’s okay to take your time — this space offers gentle reflections to help you prepare emotionally for what lies ahead.
After a Difficult Outcome
When things don’t go as hoped, the grief can be heavy and disorienting. You deserve compassion and space to breathe. My writing offers softness and understanding for this part of the journey.

During Treatment
Amid appointments and waiting, it’s normal to feel stretched and thin. This space offers calm reminders and reflections to help you breathe and steady yourself through the process.
When treatment ends or outcomes change, it can take time to accept what’s happened. This space offers gentle reflections to help you process feelings of loss, uncertainty, or transition before deciding what comes next.
Exploring Plan B
Struggling to Come to Terms
If you’re considering other paths — adoption, surrogacy, or child‑free living — you’re not alone. Wherever your journey leads, you’ll find gentle guidance and resources to support you.
If you’re looking for gentle tools or practical guidance to support you through the stage you’re in,
you’ll find them on the Resources page.
When Hope Feels Heavy
The grief of a failed cycle, a loss or the realisation that the path you hoped for isn't working- these feelings are valid and derserve to be honoured.
There is no right way to grieve. Some days you might feel okay, and other days the weight of it all feels unbearable. Both are normal.

It's okay to step back from social situations. It's okay to need time. It's okay to feel angry, sad or numb. What matters is that you don't have to process these feelings alone.

If you're struggling with unhealthy copying mechanisms- whether it's withdrawal, alcohol or anything else, know that asking for help is a sigh of strength not weakness.
